Being only a short walk from the Tunnel Beaches wedding venue, it is the ideal place for guests to stay together.
Previously run as a very successful boutique hotel, the property is now a ‘sole-use’ hotel, or big party house, for family get-togethers, special birthdays, celebrations and reunions.

Enter the front door into a fabulous hallway with a sweeping staircase. Off the hallway is the former ballroom – now a huge lounge, which features a large bar, sofas, chairs and tables - a fantastic party venue. There is also a large TV screen, sound system and games. Doors lead out to the deck with furniture, patio heaters and fabulous sea views.
Off this room is the dining room with seating for 30 and more wonderful views. This leads to the split-level conservatory which gives you access to the garden and parking area.
The large commercial style kitchen is off the dining room and has all the amenities you could possibly need for catering for a large group.
The staircase from the main reception takes you down to a very large games room with plenty to entertain all members of your group

Sleeping
Outside there is a decked area with chairs and tables for about 20 leading out from the lounge and dining areas. There are great seaviews from here. A spiral staircase takes you down to the garden with seating for up to 30 plus outdoor kitchen with power and water and a BBQ and pizza over. This area can also be accessed from the conservatory.
At the bottom of the garden is the parking area for 6 cars and the back gate will lead onto Ilfracombe seafront and all the amenities that are on your doorstep.
